While playing Watch Dogs: Legion’s single-player, you might come across a borough mission called “Information Overload.” This mission has caused players some trouble, as at a certain point you must find a hidden battery to continue on. But, after you have read this article you won’t have to waste any time looking for the battery, getting you back to hacking in no time.
Where to Find the Battery in the Information Overload Mission
For starters, you’ll find the Information Overload mission in Southwark Borough. During the mission, once you reach the Nexus Tower, at some point you must get access to and control the Maintenance Drone. To control it you must go over to the table and interact with the keyboard, you should see where this is on your mini-map in the bottom corner of your screen.
While controlling the Maintenance Drone head towards the vent in front of you. You should get a prompt to open the vent. Fly through and you should see a bunch of servers in front of you. When you see them, begin to descend down until you see a small opening with red pipes. Head towards and through that.
You should see more servers once you make your way through past the small opening. Unlike last time, instead of heading downwards, you will now ascend. Keep going up until you see another small opening with red pipes, very similar to the first one. Avoid the steam that comes out of the pipes though, as it can damage the drone.
Eventually, you’ll reach a room with a massive gust of wind blowing through it. You will need to head towards the other end of this room to proceed. I would suggest sticking to the roof while maneuvering through this room, as if you get caught in the wind it will smash you into the wall and damage your drone. When you have made it to the end of the room, open the vent to continue.
To continue and find the battery in the Watch Dogs: Legion Information Overload mission, you must head down a shaft and avoid the steam coming from the pipes. When you have safely made your way down, you will see enemies. You will need to head left to enter the room. You must avoid the enemies in this room, which you can do by hacking the environment.
When you’re out of that area you should be greeted with some lasers. Maneuver through the corridor, avoiding the lasers. After that, you will need to access the key from one of the guards in the room. You will have to download this from them by flying the drone close to them without them getting their attention. When finished downloading, you should be able to unlock and continue in Information Overload mission.
Finally, after completing all of these long-winded tasks, you will have found the battery. It should be located on the table in front of you as you enter the room. Â Fly above the yellow indicator and the battery should automatically connect to your drone.
