The king has returned. Blizzard Entertainment has confirmed Wrath of the Lich King Classic.
One of the greatest World of Warcraft expansions of all time, Wrath of the Lich King Classic brings people back to Northrend. The new Death Knight class and Inscription profession return as well.
Wrath of the Lich King concludes the story of Arthas, an iconic villain in the Warcraft franchise. Players return to Naxxramas, originally found in vanilla World of Warcraft, journey into the beloved Ulduar raid, and take the battle to Arthas directly in Icecrown Citadel.
Blizzard confirmed that the random dungeon finder tool would not be available in the game.
We’ll have more information when it becomes available. As of right now, Wrath of the Lich King Classic is set to release in 2022.
