In almost all games that require your character to progress with levels, there is some kind of level cap. This is the point in a game where you have reached your max power and you can no longer level up. In some games, this means that you have unlocked every ability available. In others, it means that you are stuck with what you got. That being said, is there is a level cap in Cyberpunk 2077? If so, what is it?
What is the Max Level Cap in Cyberpunk 2077?
The max level that your character can reach in Cyberpunk 2077 is Level 50. This means that once you level up V to this point, you’ve reached the max level and you will no longer gain or receive experience and Attribute Points for completing quests or gigs.
If you’ve reached the max level you might be wondering if this will unlock all the abilities in the game. Unfortunately, the answer to that question is no, you will not be able to unlock all the abilities that the game has to offer.
This is definitely going to be sad news to a ton of players. Just imagine how powerful V could be with all of the various abilities unlocked to their fullest capacity. While this is disappointing to all of our power fantasies, it is in all likelihood a good choice.
These choices force players to really think about how they want to build their version of V. Do you want V to be a powerhouse that can run through an entire group of enemies with fists alone? Would you rather V be an expert gunslinger with pinpoint accuracy?
Either way that you want to go, you better decide early on. Doing this will make sure that you don’t have any extra perks that you took on early in your playthrough that doesn’t fit into the build you’re going for. This means that you gotta figure out what you want, or save your abilities until you do.
