Destiny 2 is full of action, having players complete quest after quest, each of which differs in difficulty. The A Spark a Hope quest is one of the more difficult ones and there seems to be some confusion about how to start the quest. So, we’ll show you exactly how you can get started with the old quest. Once you know how what to do, it’s quite simple!
How to Start the A Spark of Hope Quest
To start the A Spark of Hope quest, players must complete the new version of the New Light quest. Once this is complete the quest should be available to start after you travel to the tower. When you’ve made it, run down the ramp and down the stairs towards the Postmaster. You can identify the Postmaster by looking for a green diamond icon that has a white square with something that looks like a flower inside of it.
As you approach the Postmaster, head left in between the side of the stairs and the building. Another green diamond icon should appear telling you a terminal is there. This is a quest archive that holds missions from previous seasons. Interact with this terminal and wait for it to load.
Once loaded, click on one of the New Light quests that appear under this list. The A Spark of Hope quest might not appear at first, but just keep accepting the quests and eventually it’ll appear on your screen and you’ll be able to start the A Spark of Hope quest.
