Agnidus Agate items, like with other items in the critically acclaimed title Genshin Impact, are used to ascend characters. But unlike the vast majority of resource items in the game, you can only find Agnidus Agate variants from one location, dropped by an elite fire boss. How to Get Agnidus Agate Fragment and Agnidus Agate Sliver
To find Agnidus Agate Fragments, you are going to need to beat the level 40+ Pyro Regisvine boss. You will also need to be at least level 40 for Agnidus Agate Fragments to drop as loot. Be sure to level up before trying to fight Pyro Regisvine.
Alternatively, if you are a lower level, you can instead craft three Slivers into a single fragment. Agnidus Agate Slivers will drop from Pyro Regisvine, but they can also be purchased from the Souvenir Shop or found as a reward by the Wolf of the North Challenge Reward. You can also get fragments from the Wolf North Challenge as a reward once you are level 40.
How to Get Agnidus Agate Gemstones and Agnidus Agate Chunks
In short, to find Agnidus Agate Chunks, you will also have to defeat Pyro Regisvine. However, you’ll need to be at least level 60 or higher. Alternatively, you can just craft three fragments into a single chunk. Getting Agnidus Agate gemstones is the same deal, but this time you will need to be at least level 75 or higher. Like with the other items, you can craft Agnidus Agate gemstones with three Agnidus Agate chunks.
Once you are ready to fight Pyro Regisvine, you can find it in a large circular arena that is between Luhua Pool and Tianqiu Valley. The name for this location is Cuijue Slope, and it is in Liyue. When arriving in this area, you are going to need to look for a cavern area of sorts. Once you find it, the boss will be in the middle of the location. Here are some tips on how to beat Pyro Regisvine.
How to Beat Pyro Regisvine:
- Consider using a character with a ranged weapon, as they will be required to target specific parts of the boss.
- You need to target the boss’s core. This will disable the boss after a few hits, thus allowing you to melee it for massive damage.
- Use Hydro characters like Baraba and Mona, as their basic attack will deal a lot of damage to Pyro Regisvine.
- Combine lighting and ice attacks with wet attacks to deal more damage when you stun the boss.
Once you beat the boss, a Trounce Blossom will spawn, and you will need 40 resin to open it and claim the loot within. Inside, you will find Agnidus Agate Fragments, Slivers, Gemstone, Sliver, and Chunks, in addition to various loot or other acension items. You will need a total of nine fragments, one sliver, nine chunks, and six gemstones to ascend the following characters below.
- Amber
- Bennett
- Diluc
- Klee
- Xiangling
