Where to Find Troll Bogeys in Hogwarts Legacy

You can find Troll Bogeys in Hogwarts Legacy as a drop by killing Trolls. Alternatively, you can buy the ingredient from J. Pippins Potions in Hogsmeade for 100 Galleons per booger. However, if you’re keen on saving your Galleons then you’re best off getting Troll Bogeys the hard way, which, is more fun and helps you get some spell-casting practice. So, let’s find and fight some trolls in the name of potion-making.

Trolls can be found in Hogwarts Legacy in Troll Liars. These are indicated on the minimap by an upside-down triangle with a cave symbol on it. Find one of these and you’ll surely land yourself a Troll, who we guarantee has some Troll Bogeys for the taking; this is also due to the fact that it’s the main ingredient these enemies drop. With that said, it won’t be an easy fight as these giants come with a lot of HP.

there are two Troll Liars just North of Feldcroft, on the East and West sides of the lake that borders the map’s edge. Both of these caves have Trolls in them and thusly, Troll Bogeys as your not-so-tasty reward. So, take on the fight because it will be all the more rewarding when you get to craft an invisibility potion with the ingredient.
